13th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Fishing day
I took a ferry from Rio de Janeiro to a near island called Paquetá. All the journey I was on the outside deck to see the landscape around me. We pass trough bridges, big boats and small ones like the one in this photograph. A lonely fisherman was quietly working.
