Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province is the hometown of kelp, seaweed, and a famous fishing ground. From June to August every year, fishermen will comply with the summer fishing moratorium and go ashore to moratorium. A large number of fishing boats also entered the port for repairs.
