Fishing Pier Remnant

I am living in Houston a gulf coast city. In 2008 hurricane Ike swept through Galveston and Houston area. It left behind great destruction til today. An old popular fishing pier in Galveston got destroyed; some of the old pier still remain and they reminded us that nature force can bring destruction to any man made structure. The misty and foggy image conveyed a distance and long past but it still imprint on me man's vulnerability to nature force.
