Five Treasures of the Snow

Mt. Kanchenjunga, which lies on the border between Nepal and Sikkim, India, is the 3rd highest peak in the world. It is part of the Himalayan range. The name "Kanchenjunga" is of Tibetan origin, and literally means "five treasures of the snow". The orange rays of the morning Sun are reflecting on the snow at the peak of Kanchenjunga, giving it a subtle golden glow.
