Fjaðrárgljúfur (Feather Gorge)
Fjaðrárgljúfur (Feather Gorge) is a deep and winding river canyon in the south of Iceland. Formed at the end of the last Ice Age, it is said to be home to the Huldufólk (Iceland’s fabled “hidden-people” or elves).
