22nd Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Travel
Fog, covering Pizzino di taleggio under a thick carpet.
While we were climbing near the little town of Pizzino di Taleggio, the morning was mysterious and foggy, playing with the town for nearly an hour, covering and uncovering it. We had multiple vantage points as we were going higher, so it was interesting to watch it completely changed every few minutes.
