Food late at night

Street food in Mexico has a spiritual quality, at all times of the day and night people gather and join the ritual of eating. Noise, smoke and smells construct a dynamic scenery for street photography, a fabulous set up of ongoing action between customers and servers that goes on until very late at night, here food is not only the act of nourishment, it is also a social connection tool with a language of its own.
