Forest recovering from wildfire.

In 2011, the Las Conchas fire burned 150,000 acres, including portions of Camp May, near Los Alamos, New Mexico. This is an aerial view of trees killed by the fire and the subsequent rebirth of the aspen forest six years later. The new aspens are 6-10 feet tall now.
