My wife takes in the view from an overlook terrace near the city of FuRong, Hunan Province, China. Abandoned for reasons unknown, the wood structure exhibits beautiful geometric elements that make for interesting shadows. The terrace is situated above the Mengdong River providing expansive views of the river and surrounding area.
