Forgotten wedding

A very curious scene I found walking out of the suburbs of Tijuana. It was a wedding gown (80's style, puffy sleeves and sequins) hanging outside a house, very dirty. What it means or how many days has been out there? Maybe the bride was afraid to take the next step and had cold feet or its merely decoration, but for me was a unique discovery.
