You were born female. You were born in a certain society with its gendered constrains. You can feel them in your body every single day. It is a burden, sometimes a blessing, you don’t exactly know. What does it mean to be a “woman”? You don’t know. You do know, by experience, that it is exhausting. Are you this delicate beautiful flower they expect you to be? Are you a prisoner of your own blooming process? What are you blooming into?
