During a visit to Canyonlands National Park, Utah, I was struck by the rugged beauty of this scene. Evocative of classic Western film imagery, I was easily transported to a bygone era of when some of America’s most infamous outlaws such as Billy the Kid, Jesse James, and Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, traversed the American frontier.
