People without protective face masks gathered for a collective lunch near the city of Kazan on the right Bank of the Volga river amid the second wave of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic in Russia. Even when the Russian authorities imposed restrictions on the operation of restaurants and outdoor cafes, as well as the social distance of citizens in them, due to the spread of a new type of coronavirus COVID-19, some citizens are forced to retire to nature for communication. This behavior makes people easily vulnerable to a deadly virus, but it doesn't stop them.
