So I had a lay over in Seoul. I met a friend who showed me a little bit of the city. He took me to a hill where you had a vast view over Seoul’s sky line. Of course I wanted to capture it. Playing around in manual mode and adjusting the shutter time gave me blurry and weird results. Soon I realized that I could use this effect in a creative way.
