Fringed blenny Mother
Fringed blenny mother was protecting eggs. They habitat in cold water like northern Japan, China or Russia. They normally live in deep sea but rises to shallow water for egg-bearing. Something like white strings were probably a sea urchin or starfish tubefoot which were targeting the eggs.
