Front portrait of a Bee Mimicking Hover Fly

I saw this bee mimicking hoverfly - initially I did mistake it as a bee, but on careful observation, by looking at the eyes, I realized that it was a mimic hoverfly. It had wonderful patterns on the eyes, and I tried to capture that with my macro lens. This time, I also used Extension Tubes to really get closer and get more magnification to bring out the details in the eyes. It was later in the day and the fly was quite active, and hence I had to be quick.
