16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Frozen Optimistic
Winter is a favorite time for me to roam around and create artwork. A near by harbor on the Chesapeake Bay had several crab boats docked and frozen in their slips. Optimistic sat quietly, waiting for the thaw so she could get after the crabs during the next season.
