I photograph peony flowers from my garden to enjoy all year long. I wanted to capture the best possible bloom without distractions. This particular flower I cut from my plant and photographed inside using my smartphone. I've looked at hundreds of photos on the web doing research but never saw a photo of a close up full bloom. So I photographed one to share.
