Galapagos Islands with a view of Santiago Island from Bartolome' Island
In 2015 I traveled to the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. There I met director Arturo Izurieta of the Charles Darwin Research Station and volunteered to design an Exhibition Hall using an empty building onsite. Opening on June 7, 2016, followed with 40, 000 visitors, including local school children. The Charles Darwin Exhibition Hall is now a catalyst for involving local community with the Research Station and a source of revenue for research leading conservation action in the islands.
