Galway Hookers
A photo of Galway Hookers at the dock, September 2017. On this evening, the owners raised their sails (luckily there was no wind) so people could enjoy the sight of them. Music was played on one boat and it was fun for all. From Wikipedia: “The Galway hooker (Irish: húicéir) is a traditional fishing boat used in Galway Bay off the west coast of Ireland. The hooker was developed for the strong seas there.”
