Gannet Courtship
These are Gannets on Great Saltee Island, a large sanctuary and breeding ground off the coast of Ireland. These Gannets are rubbing necks which is apart of their courtship, greeting, & bonding. Gannets mate for life and this is one way they keep strong relationships.
