A portrait of gelada monkey "high society"
A still-life of wild gelada monkeys by their sleeping cliffs after a long feeding day. Taken during a year-long primate behavioral research season in Ethiopia. Gelada monkeys are the only grass-eating primates left in the world, living only in plateaus and mountain crags throughout Ethiopia.
