Ghost Town Truck

We stopped for lunch in this town in the Bolivian Altiplano. We had a few minutes to walk around town, it was a Saturday and there wasn't a soul to be seen- no sign or sound of people. The town is pretty big and it was a little spooky to have it be so quiet. This is the only vehicle I saw other than the ones we came in. The wind blows incessantly and hard in the area, so they cover their windshield to protect against sandblasting. Our guides told us that everyone was out checking on their llamas, so the town was empty.
