On a recent photography tour of South Iceland, we left the hard road and headed toward the Highlands in the region of Vatnajökull. we arrived at the terminus of Öræfajökull, a southern finger. While standing in the remnants of Hurricane Matthew, in the fog, high wind and rain was this shot from atop the terminal moraine.
