Good Catch
Hiking the trail around one of the local lakes in Ottawa, Canada, I spotted a Black-crowned Night Heron patiently balancing itself on a log, watching the water intently. Using a 200-500mm lens and a fast shutter speed, I was able to take this image as it quickly grabbed an unsuspecting tadpole out of the water.
