During a day trip in Chicago, I was struck by the opulence and intricacy of the city's older skyscrapers. This photo is one of several I took that day, with the aim to not only document these unique and stunning buildings, but also attempt to convey the formidable and stoic posture they take in the skyline. This particular building features massive flying buttresses and classical Gothic stylings, reminiscent of a Cathedral.
