I was passing time while traveling in the northern part of Spain by walking through the province of Galicia. I've never met friendlier or more talented people than the Galicians. The art in this picture shows that there are no boundaries in graffiti from one country to another. To think that it only shows up on railcars or buildings in America would be nothing short of blindness.
