I had the opportunity to photograph this portrait of my grandpa in his home weeks after recovering from a terrible cold that restricted his movement to the living room space of his home in Enugu, Nigeria. This image is especially special because it was taken at his request, and also because it allows me to cherish my last living grandparent, even while I am away from him.
