Great Blue Heron feeding her chicks at a rookery in the Wollomonpoag Conservation Area in Wrentham Massachusetts. The rookery is in a swampy area that can be seen from a glacial esker that defines the topography of the area. There were dozens of birds on their nests scattered though the area perched dead trees throughout the swamp.
