Great Skua eats "left over" seal meat
Pods of orcas, which are called killer whales but actually are dolphins, hunt in Antarctica for seals, among other prey. It is not unusual for the orcas to limit their feasts to just parts of the seals they kill. This photo, shot within five minutes of a seal kill by orcas, shows a great skua feasting on the remainders left by the orcas.
