York Beach, Maine is where I'm from and I haven't been home for many years. A favorite place to visit was always Nubble Lighthouse where you can walk down to the low points of the rocks to watch the waves crash over the rocks. This time of my return home, a storm was coming in and the waves were commonly high as Nubble Lighthouse sits on its own rocky point surrounded by the crashing of waves.
