Great White Pelicans Skim the Water Touching it to Drive Fish to Shallow Water

I was on an early boat tour of Djoudj Park. Adult pelicans were flying low together trying to drive fish into shallow water. Two pelicans veered off coming directly toward my boat. Their wing tips skimmed the surface of the water. Luckily, they veered again without touching my boat.
