The floating grass, locally known as ‘Chamli’ or ‘Chamli-gol,’ is one of Takab’s amazing natural wonders. It consists of a marshy area surrounded by meadows and tall reeds, which can reach up to two meters in height. This grass forms a floating island of about 80 square meters on a small lake. It moves and changes direction with the wind, air currents, or slight disturbances, making it a unique natural attraction. The entire pond spans an area of one hectare and is situated in a deep valley, where the surrounding reeds, green grass, tall trees, and beautiful flowers create a special and picturesque natural scene.
