The picture is showing the plastic drinking cups on small plastic plates, looking like cut-glass, on a table. I changed the hues and made the drinking cups turn into bright green. I also changed the table's color into purple. I also used Neon effect that you can see them inside the green color and purple color as lines or curves. I used Perspective to make the first front glass/plate to appear closer to you. I then used transparent black paint on the background to help make the table/plastic wares stand out more.
