This photo was taken in Glacier National Park from the top of the Grinnell Glacier overlook trail that extends about a mile off of the Highline Trail. This trail was strenuous, gaining a lot of elevation over a very short distance, but was well worth the effort as it offered views of the Grinnell Glacier accompanied by a series of turquoise lakes.
