While hiking I encountered a grouse on Neepawa Island, Ontario, Canada. The grouse resting on a branch long enough to get several pictures. This grouse followed us for a good distance until we reached Lake Minnitaki water edge. The grouse talked to us on occasion to let us know its whereabouts. A beautiful moment in nature.
