These statues are standing guard at the caretakers house on the Croton Aqueduct in Yonkers N.Y. The aqueduct has since been turned into a path for walking and bicycles from the Croton Dam through Yonkers in Westchester county NY. It is an historic site and has some marvelous views of the Hudson River.
