Gun maker
Pashto man makes an AK-47 in a village workshop Darra Adam Khel, a Pashto village, lies in one of the seven so-called "agencies" - tribal territories of Pakistan where neither the state nor the international law have any power. This semi-autonomy has made firearms production extremely profitable, and almost the entire population of Darra Adam Khel is engaged in this business. Copies of all major firearm brands are produced by hand, using simple electric or manual tools.
