This image was taken during a paralympic walk in the city conducted by a NGO.This girl was blind as well as dumb.But she can hear everything.She can feel whatever is going on by her side.She was very happy to be a part of such gathering.She was feeling the presence of so many people like her,who have some different physical issues.She was making friendship with them with her sense of humor.
