Harpy eagle
The harpy eagle is one of the world’s largest eagles and the most powerful raptor in South America. It inhabits tropical rainforests, hunting high in the canopy. Now nearly extinct in Central America, it stands as a symbol of both the strength and fragility of the Amazon wilderness.
