Harris's Hawks
An adult and juvenile Harris’s Hawk sit atop a lamp post on the lookout for prey. When a hawk pulls its head in, it's usually a sign of readiness to pounce or attack, indicating a focused hunting posture where they are preparing to swiftly strike at prey.
