Salters considered one of the tough jobs since they almost have to make salt, harvest salt under the heavy sunlight but the income is not stable, dirty cheap. Vietnamese sayings has the idiom of this job as " Faded as salt job" to describe about this traditional job. Whole Vietnam, there are a lot of provinces nearby the sea like Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Nha Trang, Bac Lieu, Can Gio District ..etc where this job gets very busy on this period of Mar, April every year.
