Harvesting water lilies

A family was on their daily work to harvest water-lily among the flooding rice field. During this time of the year, some rice fields in Mekong Delta area are easily flooded by high tides and that makes the place suitable for a particularly beautiful plant to grow - the water-lily. This is also the time for local people here boating through the flooding fields to harvest water lily blossoms and deliver them to a nearby local market while they're still fresh.
