Harvesting white radish in Lao xa village
H’mong Farmer normally grow two to three white radish crops a year, including one crop for harvesting before Tết (the Lunar New Year) in Vietnam, when demand for both the fresh and processed varieties is high for making pickles and other dishes for the festival. The photo was taken in Lao xa village where the climate, weather and the ethnic minority like H’mong is the interesting story to attract visitors over the world coming to discover. Lao Xa Village is an ancient village in Sung La Commune, Dong Van District, Ha Giang Province, Vietnam famous for its wild, peaceful beauty and traditional H'Mong house architecture.
