Hawkeye Uninterrupted
Here in the Western North Carolina Mountains, many kinds of birds inhabit the skies and hillsides, and this hawk stayed calm and let me watch him as he hunted a grassy field below. He gave me a look over, but did not fly off right away. The intensity of his look speaks for itself.
