Haze
One early morning I saw from a distance high buildings covered by heavy mist, in particular their lower parts, to such extent as to make them invisible, so that one might think they were suspended in space. Not having with me my camera, then I decided to use my iPhone to capture the interesting target, before the mist would get dissipated. When I the outcome I was surprised to realize how the existing dim light and light mist made the upper sections of the buildings somehow visible, unlike their lower sections, which were rendered invisible by the combination of the heavy mist and the available lesser light.
