12th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Hazel.....the nuttiest Springer I've ever met.
This was taken on Kit Hill in Cornwall on a perfect day when the only tracks in the unblemished snow were mine, Hazel's and my Landrover. Hazel was just a baby and was taken from us far too soon.
