On New Year's Eve 2018, I entered this mystical sandstone slot canyon located in the Navajo Nation of Arizona. In this image, the light shining through this heart-shaped opening in the canyon created a soft brush stroke appearance. The application of a filter enhanced the flame-like effect of the light reflecting the red sandstone at the top of the inverted heart shape.
