Heart of Ranch Land
In the heart of summer, I took this photo of a sunset outside of Townsend, Montana, an area of the state dominated by ranch land. The smoke from forest fires was heavy that summer and the dust from a recent ranch truck passing by added deep layers of dimensionality to the scene.
