Part of the "her" series exploring the interaction between humans and their environment - these places that inspire awe and wonder, indifferent to our presence. "her: III" was taken at the Goðafoss waterfall (meaning "Waterfall of the Gods") in Iceland. It was unbearably cold, and raining sideways. People looked on in confusion as I shed layers and stepped into the mist of the waterfalls, some going so far as to express their discontent. It was well worth the numb toes, if only for the story.
